We’re growing…. A vacancy has arisen for the post of for a full-time Customer Support Agent at Auto Sales Ltd (Kind’s). The selected candidate will form part of an established team for Mercedes-Benz, smart, Renault, Dacia, Silence, Tisto, Mutt, commercial vehicles and Fuso Trucks.
The selected candidate should possess great communication skills, be interested to work in customer care, and willing to go out of their way to help with customers’ queries. A very competitive salary is being offered and in depth training will be provided to the chosen applicants.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and/or complaints
• Communicating with customers through phone, email, social media and live chat.
• Give customers appointments for their vehicle maintenance at the company’s workshop.
• Participate in the processes that are required for the workshop to offer an excellent service.
• Manage the resolution of customer complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements: -
The selected candidate must:
• Have an O-Level standard of education.
• Be fluent in Maltese and English language.
Skills:-
• Be comfortable using computers.
• Have some experience working with customer support.
Candidates familiar with modern vehicle technology shall be given preference.
