Invoicing and Administration Clerk / Customer Service Representative

R. A & Sons LTD is looking to recruit a hardworking and reliable Invoicing and Administration Clerk / Customer Service Representative for a full-time position based in Gozo.

We are an ever-expanding enterprise geared towards providing top-quality solutions for the building industry.

Requirements:
• Dynamic, driven individual with an outgoing personality and experience in dealing with customers
• Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office
• Must be willing to do any further training to excel at the position
• Coordinating office activities
• Offering administrative support to the team
• Diary Management
• Preparing correspondence and documents
• Greeting visitors and setting up meeting rooms
• Managing customer queries and handling correspondence
• Monitoring and maintaining office equipment
• Assisting as necessary in other administrative duties
• Cash handling
• Overtime is essential and paid one and a half times
 
Preferences:
• English and Maltese Communication skills (Written and Verbal) are essential
• Italian communication skills are considered an asset.
