We are looking for a CRM to join our growing team within the Client Relations Department. The ideal candidate should have some background knowledge and experience of working within the customer care environment. A strong team player with good communication skills in English. 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence
  •  Engaging and reviving relationships – Building on and nurturing client relationships whilst aligning with the company’s objectives
  • Building on client retention and meeting targets
  •  Preparing reports on the client base
  • Identifying inactive accounts and reaching out to the client to understand their needs
  • Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client's requirements
  • Identifying a range of our offerings that could meet the goals and values of each client
  • Proposing and deliberating potential solutions in consultation with clients
  • Prompting clients to upgrade their existing packages and purchase additional offerings
  • Settling clients' concerns in a swift and professional manner
  •  Harnessing internal relationships to better address clients' needs and to maximize our profits
  •  Manage the portfolio of clients, ensuring details are updated and documents are valid and compliant
  •  Be the main point of contact for clients addressing any queries they might have.


Requirements: 

  • Team player with strong interpersonal communication and sales skills who can thrive in a challenging and collaborative work environment 
  • Demonstrate a high level of time management, organizational skills and attention to detail with integrity and ownership of work  
  • Knowledge of the fintech and payments industry is desirable 
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Displays intellectual curiosity, analytical skills, critical thinking and sound judgement in problem resolution of moderate complexity.
