Senior Design Architect
Ably Resources (Malta) Ltd is currently looking to recruit a Senior Design Architect to join their client's team on a full-time basis.
About the Client:
Our client is a highly reputable multi-disciplinary consultancy providing a vast array of design and project management services to a diverse client base in Malta.
Job Role:
Due to continued expansion, the vacancy for a Design Architect has arisen within the organisation.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Preparing quality conceptual design to fulfil client requirements
- Leading projects from initial client brief through all phases of design and contract documentation
- Working with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the functionality of the design
- Liaise with Project Managers to ensure execution on site is of a sufficiently high standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Design Architect with approximately 5+ years of experience to develop their career with an organisation dedicated to providing real-life spaces for their esteemed client base.
Ideally talent will:
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience in the local Malta market
- Be confident working in a busy, multi-cultural team
- Possess excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture and preferably Revit
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects
- Be results-driven with excellent communication
