Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Audio Visual Producer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, excels in research, and has a knack for producing engaging content. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our projects from concept to final production, ensuring that our content is informative, entertaining, and resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Production: Participate in the entire content production process, from brainstorming and conceptualisation to final editing and delivery.
• Research: Conduct in-depth research on a variety of topics to ensure accuracy and richness of content. Analyse and synthesise information from multiple sources to support the content creation process.
• Scriptwriting: Develop compelling scripts that effectively communicate key messages. Adapt tone and style according to the target audience and platform.
• Collaboration: Work closely with directors, editors, and other team members to ensure a cohesive vision and seamless execution of projects.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Creative Development: Contribute to the creative development of new content ideas and formats that align with our brand and audience engagement goals.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the production process.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Audio Visual production, ideally within media environments.
• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proof-reading skills.
• Strong research skills with the ability to distil complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team.
• Experience using content management systems and production tools is a plus.
• A degree in Media or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Arabic, Italian, French or any other language spoken within the Mediterranean countries will be considered an asset.
