Architect

ST Projects Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Architect to join their team on a full-time basis.

Position Overview:

As an Architect at St Projects, you will be responsible for managing design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring each project meets our needs and complies with all local standards. You will work closely with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to bring visionary designs to life, blending functionality with innovative design elements that emphasize sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in design projects from concept development to completion
• Collaborate with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements
• Prepare and refine design proposals that align with company and client objectives
• Develop detailed drawings, plans, and documents to support project implementation
• Conduct basic research on project feasibility and environmental considerations
• Support compliance with local safety standards and planning regulations
• Help manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Stay informed on design trends to incorporate creative, functional solutions
• Contribute to environmentally conscious design practices through material selection and energy-efficient approaches
• Adapt designs to evolving project needs while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:

• A degree in Architecture or a related field
• Must be Maltese or in possession of Maltese residency
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining an architectural warrant in Malta
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with strong visualization abilities.
