Architect

Position Overview:

As an Architect at St Projects, you will be responsible for managing design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring each project meets our needs and complies with all local standards. You will work closely with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to bring visionary designs to life, blending functionality with innovative design elements that emphasize sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects from initial concept development through to completion.
• Meet with suppliers and stakeholders to understand and clarify project requirements.
• Develop and present project proposals that align with company objectives and client needs.
• Adjust designs and plans as necessary to meet evolving project requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct research and compile reports on project feasibility and environmental impacts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local planning regulations.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and project resources effectively.
• Collaborate with project teams and construction professionals to deliver high- quality outcomes.
• Stay updated with design trends, integrating creative and functional solutions.
• Customize designs to meet client briefs while maintaining budget considerations.
• Promote the use of sustainable materials and energy-efficient solutions in all designs.
• Contribute to environmental conservation through landscaping and design, using techniques that enhance biodiversity and promote water conservation.
• Ensure all projects meet local safety standards and planning regulations.
• Adapt designs to accommodate evolving project requirements, ensuring flexibility and functionality.

Requirements:

• A high-level degree or master’s in architecture.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• High level of creativity and visualization skills.
• Proven experience in architecture with a strong understanding of sustainable design principles.
