We are looking for a talented and versatile Designer to join our team and contribute to our dynamic projects.

We are seeking a creative and skilled Designer to develop and edit visual content for a variety of marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and editing videos, sound, banners for display marketing networks, brand assets, and PowerPoint presentations. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality, engaging materials that align with our clients' branding and marketing goals. What You'll Do

• Video Production and Editing: Create and edit videos for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound. 

• Sound Design: Incorporate sound elements effectively in video content to enhance the overall impact. 

• Banner Design: Design eye-catching banners for display marketing networks that drive engagement and conversions. 

• Brand Asset Creation: Develop brand assets including logos, color schemes, typography, and other visual elements that align with client branding. 

• Presentation Design: Create professional and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, reports, and other business needs. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other internal and external designers to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication. 

• Creative Concept Development: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop innovative design concepts that meet project objectives. 

• Quality Control: Ensure all designs are of the highest quality, consistent with brand guidelines, free of errors and accordingly to legal and regulatory requirements. 

• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations. 

  What We're Looking For  

• This is a hands-on position. 

• Reary to work overtime with partners from different time zone. 

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 

• Proven experience as a Designer in a marketing agency or similar environment. 

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools. 

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including videos, banners, brand assets, and presentations. 

• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. 

• Ability to create engaging video content with effective sound design. 

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and display marketing networks. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with motion graphics and animation. 

• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles. 

• Familiarity with web design and HTML/CSS.
