Our Client a boutique corporate service provider is seeking to recruit a Compliance Administrative Assistant to join their team of professionals. The appointed individual will be supporting two departments; the legal team with compliance duties, and the reception team with office management duties. The chosen individual will be working on a part-time basis between 20-25 hours. 

Responsibilities' include but are not limited too: 

  • Conduct KYC checks and due diligence
  • Maintain and update client records on dedicated KYC Software
  • Prepare and organize legal documents
  • Maintain legal records 
  • Schedule and set up meetings
  • Coordinate with attendees
  • Supervise reception (including telephone and clients)
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administration or compliance role
Education and Experience
  • An A'level standard of education would be desired but not a requirement
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Maltese would be considered advantageous.
