Workshop Administrator
UNEC Servicing Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Workshop Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
Operating out of our modern workshop in Burmarrad, UNEC Servicing Ltd. specialises in the repair and maintenance of prestigious brands such as DAF, Caterpillar, Cummins, Hyster and Ingersoll Rand amongst others. Our administration team is growing, and we are now seeking to employ a Workshop Administrator to join our growing team professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Initiating system job cards with all relevant vehicle and customer information
- Matching POs and supplier invoices
- Posting supplier invoices to the relevant system job cards
- Ensuring all labour hours and parts consumed are posted on the relevant system job cards
- Generating invoices upon job completion
- Accepting cash payments and issuing receipts.
- Have a structured work approach, pay attention to detail and be efficient in data entry
- Be a proficient IT user, preferably ECDL certified and have documented user experience working with IT systems
- Minimum “O” Level Education
- Good knowledge of accounts
- Fluency in both Maltese and English would be considered an asset
- Relevant administrative working experience in the automotive industry would be considered an asset.
