A vacancy of an office administrator has arisen at GAD Finishings.
The successful applicant would be required to:
Carry out general secretarial duties;
Draft and handle correspondence and liaise with various authorities and departments connected with
the firm’s operations;
Maintain bookkeeping records
Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
Basic accounting duties such as issuing of sale invoices, sales quotes and facilitate payments to
suppliers
Compiling all necessary HR information for payroll purposes on a monthly basis.
Skills and knowledge:
Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Possess good organizational skills
Must be willing to work on his / her own initiative;
Fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications;
Fluent in English and Maltese;
Experience within a similar role will be considered an asset
The chosen candidate needs to have his/ her own transport
