A vacancy of an office administrator has arisen at GAD Finishings.

The successful applicant would be required to:

 Carry out general secretarial duties;

 Draft and handle correspondence and liaise with various authorities and departments connected with

the firm’s operations;

 Maintain bookkeeping records 

 Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients

 Basic accounting duties such as issuing of sale invoices, sales quotes and facilitate payments to

suppliers

 Compiling all necessary HR information for payroll purposes on a monthly basis.

Skills and knowledge:

 Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.

 Possess good organizational skills

 Must be willing to work on his / her own initiative;

 Fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications;

 Fluent in English and Maltese;

 Experience within a similar role will be considered an asset

 The chosen candidate needs to have his/ her own transport

With a family background in the construction business, Alessandro Zahra completed his studies in electrical & lighting design and interior design finishing. Over the years, GAD findings have offered hundreds of clients its services ranging from small home improvements to larger scale projects.
