Tender Executive

E.J. Busuttil Limited is an established leader in the importation and distribution of premium healthcare preparations as well as laboratory and scientific equipment. We aim to provide service excellence by consistently striving to deliver quality, professionalism and innovation within the local healthcare, pharmaceutical and scientific industries.

Due to our expanding operations, we are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Tender Executive to support our Laboratory and Scientific Commercial team with Tender preparation processes. The ideal candidate would be self motivated, have a keen interest in scientific areas and willingness to learn as well as excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

· Preparing and organising tender documents and submissions (technical specifications, compliance forms, financial proposals, certificates, contracts)

· Logging tenders into internal systems

· Formatting documents as required for submission

· Communicating with suppliers, application specialists, sales executives, and the purchasing and logistics team

· Tracking tender deadlines

· Maintaining records of bids, contracts, and compliance documents

· Assisting with comparisons and documentation checks

· Ensuring submissions meet regulatory or technical requirements

Requirements:

· Strong organisational and administrative skills

· Diploma in business administration, life sciences, or similar

· Meticulous and keen attention to detail

· Computer literate with very good command of Microsoft Excel and document management tools

· Ability to interpret technical specifications of tenders

· Familiarity with technical/scientific terminology

· Excellent communication skills

· Prior experience in tendering, or laboratory environments considered an asset
