Due to our expanding operations, we are seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Laboratory and Scientific Commercial team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, quote generation, filing, and digitising documentation
• Assist with document preparation as needed
• Assist with reporting tasks and ISO 9001:2015 compliance
• Support different departments as required
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• A minimum of an O-Level standard of education with either Biology or Chemistry O-Level Certification
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Maltese
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently
