A well-established client is searching for Support Agents to join their team on part or full-time basis for the purpose of their Digitisation project. The chosen candidate will execute tasks in connection with document management for digitisation purposes, including the centralisation of the Company's physical documentation.  

Responsibilities  

  • To carry out the necessary collections, splitting, weeding, sorting, classification and categorisation of different physical documents  
  • Scanning and digitisation upload of said documentation, in accordance with the set guidelines and procedures, in an efficient manner, whilst at the same time ensuring the highest levels of quality. 
  • To ensure at all times appropriate filing of documentatio in line with internally laid down policies and procedures. 
  • To provide assistance in the planning, co-ordination and transportation of the Bank’s physical documents in archive boxes. 
  • To perform other standard routine office tasks including the processing of mail, answering of phone calls and emails, processing of internal requests for documentation, reporting any malfunctions with the equipment and ordering of any required supplies. 
  • To assist the Line Manager/s and the other superiors in any other tasks delegated and assigned to them within the remit of the Unit’s Operations in an effective and efficient manner to achieve the predetermined objectives of the Digitisation Programme.
Requirements
  • Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
  • Computer literacy and confident using MS Office applications
  • Be a team player, reliable, organized, attentive to detail and meticulous
  • Be self-motivated, able to prioritize assignments and can work independently
  • Candidates must be fluent in both Maltese AND English
  • Candidates must be available to work during office hours, and potentially on Saturdays
  • Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Education and Experience
  • School Leaving Certificate as a minimum is mandatory
  • Any other qualification is a plus
  • Prior experience in an administrative or similar role is mandatory
