DoubleTree by Hilton Malta is seeking a talented and dedicated Rooms Division Administrator to join our new hotel opening Double Tree by Hilton Malta Hotel in St Paul’s Bay. As part of the Hilton family, we uphold the highest standards of service and excellence, providing our guests with unforgettable experiences. 

Reporting to the Assistant to General Manager (Rooms) the selected candidate will oversee all the administrative related tasks of the rooms departments;, namely Front Desk, Housekeeping, Guest Services and Safety and Security This includes amongst others all Payroll and Time and Attendance tasks, Safety and Security compliance documentation, assistance on Room allocations and Guest follow-ups and online portal reviews.

Requirements:

  • The position requires strong organisational skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in hotel management software.
  • Attention to detail, flexibility in working shifts including weekends and holidays as well as a passion for delivering exceptional experiences is a requirement for this position. 
  • The position requires fluency in the English Language.
  • Knowledge of the Maltese language will be considered an asset.
