Our client is looking to appoint an Executive PA to the CEO. The chosen person will:

  • Manage all business administration for the estate, including the organisation of documentation; prepare for meetings and take minutes; conduct research, reports, proposals, agreements and presentations. 
  • Maintain all upkeep and follow-ups of contracts, basic bookkeeping, filing, and retrieving corporate records, and documents. 
  • Be involved in all aspects of the business, as and when required. 
  • Prepare, process, and sort sensitive information, whilst ensuring that confidentiality is maintained.  
  • Handle all emails, phone calls, calendar appointments and schedules, and make travel arrangements. 
  • Support the Director to prepare for conferences, and assist with event planning. 
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems. 
  • Take a lead role in general administrative activities, and perform office duties that include ordering and managing supplies, and maintaining a records database. 
  • Assist in conducting Financial reports and budgets. 
  • Supporting the Team when needed by managing ad-hoc requests.   
  • Undertake special tasks assigned by the CEO, both professional and personal;
  • Conduct work meticulously, and maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the same role and industry is a requirement
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Education and Experience
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
