Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Booking with Brilliance: You’ll be the expert on all things reservations—whether it's rooms, tickets, or experiences. You'll make sure every detail is taken care of, from start to finish.
  • Customer Happiness Hero: Every guest is unique, and you’ll tailor each reservation to suit their needs perfectly. Your friendly attitude and attention to detail will make them feel like VIPs.
  • Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Sometimes plans change. You’ll be there to help clients adjust, find the best options, and always leave them smiling. Flexibility is key, and you’ll bring it in spades!
  • Info Guru: From available dates to special requests, you'll know all the answers! You’ll provide guests with the info they need to make the best decisions—whether it’s about booking packages, upgrades, or special offers.
  • Team Player: You’ll be working closely with other departments to ensure everything from rooms to transportation is ready for your guests. You’ll be the glue that holds it all together.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’ll navigate booking systems like a pro, keeping everything organized and running smoothly. Whether it’s over the phone, via email, or live chat, you’ve got the tech skills to keep things efficient.

Requirements:

  • Languages: We are after fluency in any of these languages: English, Italian, German, Spanish or Turkish
  • Technical skills: familiar with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
  • A Passion for Service: You’re a customer-first kind of person, and you genuinely love helping others make their dreams come true, even if it’s as simple as a seamless booking process.
  • Previous Experience: Good sales and/or customer service skills from previous job experience
  • Attention to Detail: You remember the small stuff that makes a big difference. Whether it’s an extra pillow request or a specific dietary need, you’ve got it covered.
  • Communication Skills: You know how to chat with customers, whether it's on the phone, over email, or through live chat. You’ll make every guest feel heard, valued, and excited about their reservation.
  • Good team player with ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Multitasking Magic: You’re comfortable juggling multiple reservations, keeping track of changes, and managing last-minute requests—all without breaking a sweat.
