Job Description: As an After-Sales Customer Support Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service. You'll be able to address questions, resolve issues, and meet customers' needs to enhance their overall experience with our brand. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle various enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls regarding aftersales and operations

• Maintaining and updating the database with customer information

• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to products or services and provide step-by-step guidance.

• Ensure the timely resolution of customer complaints and concerns, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.

• Collect and document customer feedback to help improve products and services.

• Report recurring issues to the relevant departments to improve customer experience and resolve potential product or service flaws.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills both in Maltese and English

• Creative thinking skills

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills

• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation

• Time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any other CRM software

• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
