Heir & Loom is currently looking to recruit a Junior Purchasing Coordinator.
As a Purchasing coordinator at a Renowned Jewelry Shop, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes. You will be responsible for:
• Set up costings for new products and input them into the inventory management software.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain product pricing, lead times, and other relevant details.
• Perform regular stock takes to reconcile physical inventory counts with system records.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to support production schedules.
• Provide support to other purchasing and inventory management tasks as needed.
• Preparation and submission of Intrastat forms where necessary.
Requirements:
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative and/or purchasing role.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit and inventory management software/s.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem solver with a results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is desirable but not mandatory.
