Our client is looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
The Role
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and preparing documents
Assist with travel arrangements and coordinate logistics
Maintain detailed records and filing systems
Handle sensitive information with discretion
Provide personal assistance, such as running errands and managing appointments
Monitor and respond to incoming calls, emails, and other communications
Perform research and compile reports as needed
Be very conversant with technology esepecially with Power Point Presentations, Word & Excle which will be used extensively
Requirements
Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferably have a level 5 qualification or more
