Michele Peresso Group is mainly active in the retail market through its subsidiaries Eurosport Ltd., Europharma Ltd. and Michele Peresso Fashion Ltd. We are currently recruiting for the position of Front Desk and Administrative Assistant on a full-time basis from Monday to Saturday.

The basic function of the Front Desk and Administrative Assistant is to support the Michele Peresso Group with office and administrative duties while running the front desk and handling telephone calls and emails as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take calls, return and divert calls and emails to the right department while manning the office’s front desk

2. Greet visitors at the front desk and inform the relevant department of visitors’ arrival

3. Providing customer service over the phone

4. Checking stock availability on system and give replies to customers

5. Supporting customers in choosing the right item and completing reservations

6. Providing customer service in relation to online orders

7. Receive, register and distribute post and parcels, both incoming and outgoing

8. Responsible for office and shops stationery supply and distribution

9. Supporting departments with administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Competences:

1. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Be computer literate and have a good command of MS Office applications

3. A minimum MQF Level 3 standard of education

4. Excellent written and spoken English and Maltese

5. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in clerical and reception desk duties.
