Our client, a leading law firm, is looking to employ a Personal Assistant to report directly to the Partners of the law firm in a number of administrative tasks. As the Personal Assistant you will:


  • Organise and manage the Partner's work, engagements, and work environment.
  • Maintain and update the Partner's schedule, including travel arrangements and conferences.
  • Handle incoming communication, such as emails and correspondence, and draft letters and documents as needed.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and attend client meetings to record minutes and follow up on action points.
  • Manage tasks related to University lecturing and speaking engagements.
  • Assist with administrative work, including reports and documents.
  • Fulfill administrative responsibilities for Directorships and Compliance Officer appointments.
  • Assist in tender submissions.
  • Support the establishment of client records management systems.
  • Greet clients attending meetings.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as requested by the Partner.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Possess a friendly demeanor and prioritize client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, organization, and efficiency with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Show enthusiasm for learning and developing technical skills relevant to the job.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including report writing.
  • Have proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Maintain composure in stressful situations.
Education & Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar role.
  • Having exposure to Law or Corporate Service Providers.
