A new position has become for a Personal Assistant to join a growing group of companies on a full-time basis. 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the GM's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handling confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Anticipating the GMs needs and proactively providing solutions.
  • Managing business travel logistics for all company employees.
  • Assist in planning and monitoring the progress of projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Manage database and filing systems
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients

Requirements:

  • Discretion and trustworthiness
  • Excellent organization, administrative skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent oral and written in Maltese and English language
  • Ability to be proactive and take initiate
  • A good and clean driving licence.
