Our client specializing in distribution, is searching for an Ordering Clerk to join their tight-knit team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing and processingi orders for pharmaceutical products received from clients through calls and emails. This role involves placing orders through the Company's system, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the timely delivery of products to clients.


  • Receive and accurately process orders for pharmaceutical products from clients via phone calls and emails
  • Input orders into the company’s order management system promptly and correctly
  • Verify order details with clients to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize the company’s order management system to place and track orders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders received and processed
  • Ensure that all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with clients to resolve any issues related to order discrepancies or delays
  • Coordinate with the logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders

  • Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right of working in Malta
  • Fluency in English is a must; Maltese is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and within a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new software and systems for order management
  • Commitment to providing high-quality service to clients
  • Candidates must be available for work from 7:00AM till 3:00PM
Education and Experience
  • A Level Standard of Education
  • Prior experience in customer support, order processing or administration is a must
  • Prior experience within the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
