MDF Trading Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit an Online Orders Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Online Orders Supervisor, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing customer details and any documentation relating to online orders in preparation for invoicing and delivery.
- Assisting with planning of deliveries and coordinating with storekeepers.
- Maintaining the sales orders database ensuring accurate records are kept.
- Chasing for payments and assisting with customer complaints.
- Ensuring orders are processed efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate should preferably have:
- Minimum “O” level of education.
- Proficient in the use of a PC, preferably ECDL certified.
- Verbal as well as written skills in English as well as the Maltese Language.
- High interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in the retail industry, preferably in the furniture sector will be considered an asset.
