Hyatt Centric Malta is currently looking to recruit a  Front Office Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Main responsibilities include but, are not limited to: 

  • Responsible for the short and long-term planning of the hotel’s front-office operations
  • Recruit, train and coach front office associates, ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism
  • Oversee all front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest relations
  • Monitor guest feedback and promptly address any issues or concerns
  • Prepare and analyse reports on front office performance, recommending improvements as needed
  • Ensure that company brand standards are implemented and maintained to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Demonstrate leadership by exhibiting outstanding hospitality skills and setting a positive example for all hotel associates
  • Collaborate closely with the management team, prioritizing the overall success of the hotel and guest satisfaction.


Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in a front office or hotel management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (Opera)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
