We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, and place orders when necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming mail ,packages, preparation of orders and invoicing
- - Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying and filing
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist with special projects and events as needed

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an office setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal of the Maltese Language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
