About the Role

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will support various departments, including Sales, Operations, and Executive Management, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in facilitating communication, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Tasks: Manage general office duties, correspondence, scheduling, and file organization.
  • Executive Support: Assist the CEO with administrative duties and provide support for strategic initiatives.
  • Departmental Assistance: Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, and other teams to manage workflows and priorities.
  • Coordination and Communication: Facilitate effective communication and coordination across departments.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role is an advantage.
