Our client who specializes in the Corporate Services industry is looking for an Administrative Assistant. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Assist in maintaining both online and manual filing systems related to the Malta Business Registry
Help update and manage company statutory records
Draft meeting minutes for review and secure necessary signatures
Support the review and upkeep of client files
Assist in preparing documents required for opening client bank accounts
Aid in the application process for Social Security and Tax documentation
Provide support to other team members on corporate and compliance-related matters
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing
Handle other day-to-day responsibilities as needed
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm
Requirements
An effective team player who is flexible, works out of own initiative and has strong communication skills
Be able to work under tight deadlines and pressure whilst maintaining high level of accuracy
Demonstrate a can-do attitude, is highly organised, meticulous and attentive to detail
Excellent level of communication in English and Maltese
Education and Experience
A ‘Level standard or professional diploma
Experience in an office environment would be considered an asset
