Hyatt Centric Malta invites you to be part of our pre-opening journey as we search for a dedicated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the front office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage a team effectively and ensure a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of front office associates, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
- Train and guide front office associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Monitor and manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and billing.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and resolve any issues that may arise.


Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Opera and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
