CMA CGM Malta Agency in Malta is seeking to recruit a full-time Front Office and Documentation Assistant to join the export team.
Job Role:
Based in Malta and reporting to the Customer Service Manager of the Import & Export department, the front office and documentation assistant will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service for consumers through inbound telephone calls, online tools, and email correspondence. The successful candidate will be active listener with attention to detail and able to process customers’ queries by channelling them to the appropriate departments. The role requires liaising with third parties and ensuring that the customers receive the right information and quick solutions.
