We’re on the lookout for a part-time Sales Listing Administrator to join our team! If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll work closely with our sales team to keep our listings fresh and accurate.
What you’ll be doing:
Keeping sales listings up-to-date
Working with the sales team to make sure everything’s spot-on
Doing regular checks to keep everything accurate
Welcoming clients and helping out in the office as needed
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of admin experience (bonus if you have it!)
Strong attention to detail and time management
Great communication skills
Computer savvy and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Enjoy flexible hours, full training, and ongoing support! You’ll need to be living in Malta and able to get to Sliema every day.
