We have a new Front Office Administrator role within the services industry. If you enjoy meeting new people every day and want to start a new path in the customer care industry, this is the role for you. Training will be provided on full-time basis. 

Your main responsibilities will be the following:   

  • Handling customer’s queries and requests, mainly via face to face contact in the site location provided by the Company 
  • Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls and email communication in order to provide assistance to customers’ enquiries and requests 
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction  
  • Be able to manage any cash or credit transactions presented at any site location including end of day reconciliations 
  • Be responsible to develop and maintain a good working knowledge of the Company’s products, services and systems 
  • Be sure to comply with all the Company’s client’s business processes, policies and legislation requirements 

Role is available on Full Time basis (40 hours) or Reduced Hours (30 hours)

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Maltese is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Works well under pressure to achieve targets
  • Extremely patient in dealing with difficult customers and challenges
  • Previous experience in Customer Care

  • O'Level standard of education
  • Performance Bonus up to EUR2,500 yearly
