Alecta Advisors in Malta is seeking to recruit an Assistant Advisor/Administrator to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

Overview:

This is a client and administrative support position. Training on the job will be provided

Requirements:

  • Must have a good command of MS Office Suite and be willing to learn and commit to delivering high-quality work within agreed timeframes
  • Qualifying candidates must have an undergraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related degree
  • Candidates must demonstrate that they are capable of working on their own initiative. 
  • Very good verbal and written communication in English.

This position offers the candidate excellent opportunities to build a career in business administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration duties including electronic filing of documents, personnel documentation, welcoming clients, preparation of tenders
  • Data inputting and reconciliations
  • Assisting in internal audit work
  • Proof-reading of reports
  • General office duties and facilities management
  • Personal assistant duties to the managing partner.
