Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is advantageous but not required;
Over 2 years of experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or as an executive assistant;
Background in fast-paced industries, particularly within sales or renewable energy, is highly valued;
Demonstrated ability to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency through effective process management;
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables, managing datasets, and using basic formulas;
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, as well as project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com;
Solid knowledge of reporting and analytics tools to track and interpret sales performance metrics;
Familiarity with document management systems and cloud-based platforms such as Google Workspace or SharePoint;
Interest in or understanding of renewable energy solutions and emerging industry trends is considered an asset;
Exposure to financial processes, including payment tracking and financing agreements, is an advantage;
Experience with ticketing or support systems to address customer queries is a plus.
