About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Condominium Administrator to join our team at MG Administrators Ltd. on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Responding promptly and professionally to incoming calls and emails.
Assisting customers with their inquiries and providing excellent service.
Performing accurate data entry and maintaining company records.
Assisting with credit control and account management procedures.
Managing filing systems and keeping the office organised.
Performing various secretarial and administrative tasks as required.
Essential Requirements
Experience: Previous experience working in a similar clerical or administrative role is essential.
Languages: Full fluency in both spoken and written Maltese and English is mandatory.
Education: Minimum O' level standard of education.
Technical skills: Highly computer literate with strong general IT skills.
Soft skills: Proven ability to manage stress effectively in a busy office environment, coupled with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
