Our client who specializes in the Real Estate industry is looking for a Back office Administrator. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing the team mailbox by promptly forwarding to the attention of the appropriate recipient within the company and replying to emails as necessary 
  • Taking incoming calls and addressing the issue to the respective party
  • Supporting Condominium Administrator in issuing circulars / communications to customers 
  • Effectively managing the paper documents by scanning, uploading in the software application and filing in appropriate arch lever file 
  • Support the Condominium Administrators in compiling / submitting documents and / or follow up reminders to 3rd parties to ensure tasks are concluded
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Clean Police Conduct
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Maltese and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in office work will be considered an asset
Education & Experience
  • School leaving certificate

€15,000 to €17,000 / year
