Our client who specializes in the Real Estate industry is looking for a Back office Administrator. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Managing the team mailbox by promptly forwarding to the attention of the appropriate recipient within the company and replying to emails as necessary
Taking incoming calls and addressing the issue to the respective party
Supporting Condominium Administrator in issuing circulars / communications to customers
Effectively managing the paper documents by scanning, uploading in the software application and filing in appropriate arch lever file
Support the Condominium Administrators in compiling / submitting documents and / or follow up reminders to 3rd parties to ensure tasks are concluded
Requirements
Clean Police Conduct
Knowledge of MS Office and Maltese and English proficiency
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Experience in office work will be considered an asset
Education and Experience
School leaving certificate
