Our client is recruiting an Assistant Pension Administrator: 

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of pension schemes
  • Administration of occupational pension schemes
  • New business procedures
  • Liaising with stakeholders such as pension providers
  • Processing of investment instructions 
  • Assisting with appointments management
  • Invoicing
  • Payments of member fees
  • Assisting with the calculation and payment of member retirement benefits
  • Maintenance of records
  • Preparation of annual member statements

  • A Level of Standard Education
  • Excellent level of English
