WT GLOBAL in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Insurance Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.

ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our Insurance Administration department.
You will support the processing, investigation and management of WT's insurance claims. You will work collaboratively with colleagues in the team and across the wider business, insurers and loss adjusters to assist in the timely resolution of claims and provision of an efficient claims-handling experience.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the Business Risk and Assurance Team with specific responsibility for managing the new claims workflow, logging and maintaining accurate data in the claims management system, responding to customer enquiries and providing claim updates and processing timely invoice and sundry payments ensuring proactive and seamless customer service.

You will be a positive and collaborative team member who delivers outstanding performance, demonstrates great teamwork and ensures a high-performance culture.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for managing and monitoring the new claims workflow via the internal system and shared email inbox
  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of electronic claim records ensuring accurate data is maintained for all insurance claims
  • Responsible for managing all customer interactions about issuing claim forms, new claim acknowledgement, responding to enquiries and providing claim updates
  • Work collaboratively with other colleagues in the property repairs, assets, complaints and customer hub teams to ensure accurate information is obtained to support the investigation and timely resolution of claims
  • Raising purchase order numbers and processing invoices and sundry payments promptly through Believe Housing’s financial management system
  • Assisting with the monitoring of spend for all insurance claims by maintaining accurate records of settlements/payments made
  • To assist with the preparation of management information and quarterly performance reports for several stakeholders, assuring the mitigation of risks and management of the insurance claims caseload
  • Coordinating the agenda and preparing high-level notes and actions for team meetings
  • To comply with confidentiality and information security policies at all times
  • Your duties may vary from time to time within the broad remit of your role and grade. You are required to undertake any such reasonable and appropriate duties and courses.
