Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all necessary documents are accurately prepared and organized.
• Assist in creating, organizing, and maintaining important paperwork and records to facilitate efficient processes.
• Manage and coordinate calendars by scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments to optimize time and ensure all commitments are met.
• Follow up on submitted cases to ensure timely progress and address any outstanding requirements.
• Perform a variety of tasks to support daily operations, including data entry, file management, and organizing internal documents.
• Handle the submission, review, and filing of all necessary paperwork, ensuring it meets standards and is complete.
• Manage email communications related to administrative tasks, handling follow-up and ensuring clear internal communication.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Proactive and resourceful in resolving challenges or delays in the process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
