We are growing and looking for an Administrative Officer to be part of our Maltese team.
What you will do
Office administrative and auxiliary accounting tasks
Handle mail and courier services
Arrange travel logistics as flights and hotels for employees, directly or with the support of a travel agency
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office space
Manage office pantry supplies
Procure and manage office supplies inventory
Prepare and or review expense and credit card reports for team members
Assist the finance team with other auxiliary tasks
Manage employee leave requests using our internal system
Support the onboarding process for new employees
Coordinate notarization, apostille and translation services as required
What we expect from you
Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position
Used to work with MS Office
Perfect English and, ideally, Maltese. Spanish or Portuguese will be an advantage
