We are growing and looking for an Administrative Officer to be part of our Maltese team.

What you will do

  • Office administrative and auxiliary accounting tasks
  • Handle mail and courier services
  • Arrange travel logistics as flights and hotels for employees, directly or with the support of a travel agency
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office space
  • Manage office pantry supplies
  • Procure and manage office supplies inventory
  • Prepare and or review expense and credit card reports for team members
  • Assist the finance team with other auxiliary tasks
  • Manage employee leave requests using our internal system
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees
  • Coordinate notarization, apostille and translation services as required

What we expect from you

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position
  • Used to work with MS Office
  • Perfect English and, ideally, Maltese. Spanish or Portuguese will be an advantage
