Our client is looking for an Administrative assistant. Your roles and responsabilities will include: 

  • Coordinate communication channels
  • Manage the CEO and Chairman's calendar and appointments
  • Welcome guests warmly and handle reception duties in the Executive Suite
  • Order and manage office supplies while keeping an eye on stock levels
  • Research potential vendors and suppliers, get quotes, and prepare reports
  • Oversee facilities management and maintenance
  • Handle document tasks like printing, scanning, filing, and getting necessary signatures or approvals
  • Assist with onboarding new employees
  • Help plan and execute company events
  • Arrange travel plans
  • Perform other tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English and Maltese, both written and verbal
  • Valid Driving License is a must
Education and Experience
  • Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel)
  • Previous experience in a similar position would be ideal
