Our client is looking for an Administrative assistant. Your roles and responsabilities will include:
Coordinate communication channels
Manage the CEO and Chairman's calendar and appointments
Welcome guests warmly and handle reception duties in the Executive Suite
Order and manage office supplies while keeping an eye on stock levels
Research potential vendors and suppliers, get quotes, and prepare reports
Oversee facilities management and maintenance
Handle document tasks like printing, scanning, filing, and getting necessary signatures or approvals
Assist with onboarding new employees
Help plan and execute company events
Arrange travel plans
Perform other tasks as needed
Requirements
Proficiency in English and Maltese, both written and verbal
Valid Driving License is a must
Education and Experience
Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel)
Previous experience in a similar position would be ideal
