AIS Environment Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Administrative Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.

What will you do? 
You will:

  • Be the first point of contact for the Company
  • Establish and maintain client relationships and communicate efficiently with our customers, consultants, and internal teams
  • Provide administrative support and assist the Department Manager in the coordination of ongoing and new projects
  • Assisting in the compilation of proposals, liaison with the accounts department
  • Travel and event management
  • Day-to-day administration including corporate work, maintaining calendars, organising board meetings, preparing board packs, attending meetings, and drafting minutes.


What do you need to succeed? 

  • Educational background in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or other relevant fields 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced MS Office skills, 
  • Strong communication skills in English and Maltese
  • Maltese driving licence.
