Our client, a local private sector is looking for a highly organised and customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Customer Service Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage reception duties and front office operations.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Direct calls, greet and assist visitors.
  • Provide word-processing, secretarial support, and perform clerical tasks such as: filing, photocopying and scanning.
  • Assist in meeting preparations, event logistics, venue setup, bookings and promotion material.
  • Manage member and student registrations, subscriptions, and queries.
  • Handle office procurement and administration tasks as assigned.

Working Hours: Winter Time: Monday - Friday : 0800hrs - 1700hrs

                            Summer Time: Monday - Friday : 0800hrs - 1445hrs

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hold an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese and English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
