Our client who specialises in the entertainment industry is looking for an Administration Manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Oversee and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to ensure efficient office operations
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally
Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistical arrangements and coordination with vendors and suppliers.
Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee records, financial documents, and client information
Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Assisting higher management and other departments with any other ad-hoc duties as required
Working some weekends is a must during peak season March - September
Requirements
Familiarity with event planning and coordination processes with be an asset
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Education and Experience
Proven experience as an Administration Manager or in a similar role within the entertainment/events/hospitality industry would be an advantage
