F. Schembri Holdings comprises a group of companies covering all aspects of the construction industry, including civil works, manufacturing of pre-cast elements, infrastructural works including road works and other capital projects.

We are looking for a Receptionist/ Admin Clerk, who will form an integral part of the Company.

Requirements:

  • Should have a minimum of O`level standard and be computer literate
  • Must be highly organised and has the ability to prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Be able to perform administrative tasks in collaboration with other departments
  • Be capable of understanding written procedures and oral instructions in order to perform administrative duties
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Be literate in English and Maltese
  • Have clean police conduct

 

The main responsibilities include:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors and employees in a warm and professional manner;
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual;
  • Keep a record of incoming and outgoing mail and distribute mail within the company;
  • Perform tasks such as photocopying, scanning, shredding, laminating, and binding;
  • Provide support to offices and other departments and assist with administrative tasks as required.
