Our client is a leading law firm located in Valletta. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support in the running of the department. 

  • Conducting diverse searches for customer due diligence and ongoing monitoring, with escalation memos as needed.
  • Maintaining up-to-date registers and client files.
  • Organizing internal training and events, and updating training records.
  • Delivering customer screening training to staff.
  • Recording minutes for team and compliance risk committee meetings.
  • Managing scanning, filing, and data input tasks.
  • Handling general office responsibilities.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Must have good organisational, analytical and time management skills.
  • Communication, confidentiality and attention to detail are skills requited for this post.
Education & Experience
  • A relevant educational qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
