Our client is a leading law firm located in Valletta. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support in the running of the department.
Conducting diverse searches for customer due diligence and ongoing monitoring, with escalation memos as needed.
Maintaining up-to-date registers and client files.
Organizing internal training and events, and updating training records.
Delivering customer screening training to staff.
Recording minutes for team and compliance risk committee meetings.
Managing scanning, filing, and data input tasks.
Handling general office responsibilities.
Requirements
Must have good organisational, analytical and time management skills.
Communication, confidentiality and attention to detail are skills requited for this post.
Education and Experience
A relevant educational qualification.
Previous experience in a similar role.
