An elderly bedded care home is looking for an Events Coordinator to internally and externally liaise with third parties to organise events for the community. As the Events Coordinator your responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Liaise with third parties to organise events
  • Data inputting and schedule events 
  • Creating documents for attendances and notices and other necessary communication for the community residing at the residence
  • Organise transports for outdoor activities
  • Liaise with internal staff such as Housekeeping, Maintenance and Kitchen for the events organised
  • Occasionally update website and social media with pictures of events organised

Working hours are between Monday to Friday from 8:15 - 17:00 alternatively one can work 4 days a week with an element of flexibility.

Requirements
  • An organised individual with excpetional communication skills
  • A people's person who must interact with different age groups
  • Someone compassionate with people skills
Education and Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role or experience in the clinical sphere is a must
  • Good command of Maltese (written and verbal) is a must
  • Basic computer literacy and skills
