Candidates must:
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Accountant
• Assist in all aspects of the upkeep of day-to-day accounting records including but not limited to data inputting
• Assist with end of month routines including bank reconciliations
• Pays attention to details
• Be organised and self-motivated
• Be willing to learn and adapt to changes
• Be able to work as a team as well as on its own initiative
• Office work including: handling phone calls, emails and bookings
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Accountant, Marketing Manager and HR.
• HR tasks
• Writing of letters
• Typing of Menus / Designing labels, laminating & cutting, and other related duties
• Keep precise records of incoming and outgoing payments for an organisation
