Finance Assistant - PT ( 25 hours)

Our client is a renowned CSP who offers a full array of legal, corporate, tax services to individuals and businesses Internationally are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team on a Part-Time basis ( 25 hours) . The candidate can either work in the morning or in the afternoon between 8.00- 17.00 

Responsibilities:  

• Day-to-day checking and posting of invoices in a timely manner. 
• Preparing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. 
• Preparing monthly petty cash reconciliation. 
• Performing inter-company and other nominal ledger reconciliations. 
• Payment processing. 
• Carrying out general accounting duties. 
• Carrying out other office duties as needed include filing and scanning.   
• Assisting in the preparation of management accounts and year-end audits. 
• Handling other generic accounts duties to support the Financial Controller as required. 

• 1 year of working experience in an accounting environment.
• Good familiarity with basic accounts, ideally with Invoicing, processing payments and maintaining ledgers.
• Have good communication skills, as well as fluency, in spoken and written English.
• High level of competence with MS Excel

• O-level in Accounts or AAT Diploma, and ideally an A-level

• Fringe allowance
