Position Overview:

As Finance and Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests as and when they come up.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Manager (Finance and Administration), will be responsible to:

• Manage financial and administration team to achieve financial goals 

• Develop the overall corporate financial goals and objectives 

• Oversee preparation of financial records related to general ledger, payroll, budget,
expenses, etc. 

• Assist in account receivable and payable activities 

• Follow existing accounting system and recommend improvements if required

• Prepare monthly management accounts together with quarterly management accounts
review to be presented to the board of directors

• Assist in developing and managing budgeting system 

• Perform account reconciliations and generate financial reports

• Prepare accountancy files for audit purposes

• Track and monitor resource needs and other material needs for carrying out financial and
administration tasks 

• Monitor and manage expenses with allotted budgets

• Prepare cost and other financial reports together with other ad hoc reports as required

• Sets and manage company administration through established SOPs and work protocols

• Update and maintain the Fixed Assets Register

Entry Requirements:

• Holds a Degree in Accountancy – candidates who are in the final stages of completing
their accounting qualification will also be considered.


• Ideally have experience in accounting in a small to medium business organization,
preferably operating in the services sector

• Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and manage

• Charismatic, strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Motivated team leader with a results-driven attitude

• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting

• Be expected to travel locally to meet potential clients

• Experience in sales or customer service.

• Motivation driven by KPI’s.

• Ability to manage time, multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
